By Dr. Atif Suhail, Dallas, Texas
This little leaf fell in my pocket
As I was riding the trail
Tuck in pocket next to my heart
Heart to heart embrace it said
Autumn leaves seem fallen dry
They still live in joy come hear
Singing songs of joy and pain
There falling is never vain
Bracing seasons hanging tall
Every spring know has a fall
Leaves that lived with pain and hurt
They perished as they were dust
Ones who live in love in toil
There falling enriches soil
With love and faith and what they bring
Winter chill will only strengthen
Resolve of silent roaring spring
