Organized by Ahmadiyya Muslim Association Myanmar, the Prophet Muhammad Day was held in Yangon yesterday.
At the event held at M3 Food Centre, U Maung Maung Khin of Ahmadiyya Muslim Association recited the Quran and U Zarni Min Aung and group sung religious song praising Prophet Muhammad (peace & blessings of God be upon him).
Afterwards, Union Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture Thura U Aung Ko delivered an address.
U Tin Maung Latt of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association gave talks on peace of human society and Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
Next, Saya U Hsan Min Naing of Hindu faith, Vanavasi Forest Monastery Sayadaw Bhaddanta Sumana, Rev Dr Aye Min and Vice Chairman of Bahai faith Saya U Shwe Thi expressed their views on Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
The event came to an end with talks on human rights and fairness by U Hla Mying of Ahmadiyya Muslim Association. — MNA(Translated by KZL)
