VICTORIA — At the end of his closing arguments Monday, Assistant U.S. Attorney Sharad Khandelwal held up two large color photos before the jury.
One showed the gold-domed Victoria Islamic Center before it was burned down on Jan. 28, 2017. The other showed it reduced to a dismal pile of ashes and charred metal.
