JERUSALEM (RNS) – Israel’s rabbinical court system no longer recognizes the authority of more than 120 rabbis ordained at a modern-Orthodox rabbinical school in New York, a recently discovered document has revealed.
The document, a letter written in March by Rabbi Asher Ehrentreu, a senior administrator in the rabbinical court system, holds that rabbis ordained at Yeshivat Chovevei Torah in the Bronx “call themselves Orthodox” but “are not recognized by the Rabbinate of Israel.”
Yeshivat Chovevei Torah was established in 1999 by Rabbi Avi Weiss, who has pushed the envelope of Orthodoxy by creating rabbinical-type roles for women and launching the rabbinical school, which has been described as “Open Orthodox.”

Orthodox Rabbies are the same as The extremist Muslim or Saudi Arabia who still follow the ancient laws as written in Taurat and Al Quran.
Both old fashion of Jews and Muslim think that God laws will be implemented for ever.. cannot be allowed to reform it.
But progressive Jews and Muslim believe that God laws can be corrected according to progress and develompment of technology and science.
So no wonder both orthodox Jews and Muslim cannot live in peace and harmony, each of them want to dominate other. Both cannot accept and respect each other, both want to create religion of State.
Both orthodox jews and Muslim pray.kiss wall Stone and Kaaba. They believe that God will bless them. Actually both are syrick.
Both orthodox Jews and Muslim treat women in the time of thousand years ago where women do not have the sane right to male. Whomen are treated as second class or slave.
Women and men are seperated— women stay home to care their kids and husband. Etc etc—-
