Your metabolic rate—i.e. the number of calories that your body burns while at rest—greatly impacts your overall health. The faster your metabolism, the more calories you can consume without gaining weight—and vice versa for a slo-mo metabolism.

While there are certain uncontrollable variables that influence your metabolism (like genetics, gender and age), there are also certain things you can do to speed it up. And the most important time to implement these habits? The morning.

  1. This is what I do in the morning, and It works well on me.

    1. When I woke up in bed, I thank to God for waking me up and for a good sleep.
    2. Still in bed, I do exercise my hands and my feed for 1-3 munites
    3. I get up from the bed to to wash my stuffs
    4. I take shalat or morning prayer — without additional shalat.
    4. After shalat, I take streching and jumping 2-4 munites
    5. I drink 2 cup warm water with honey
    6. I take breakfast with 1 egg, rise or bread and 1 cup of orange juice with family
    8. And then I ready go to work—

    It works well with me for 15 years
