  1. Scriptures say he was raised to heaven – all souls are raised to heaven – eventually. It no where states ‘with his physical body’.

  2. Let us think for once a bit logical: I am convinced that at the time of the death of our beloved Prophet Mohammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be on him) Muslims believed that Jesus had died. If they were of the opinion that Jesus was taken to heaven alive, would they not have called out: “How can Mohammad (sas) die when the relatively minor prophet Issa (Jesus) did not die!?” No such outbursts were recorded. – The believe that Jesus was supposed to have risen with his earthly body to heaven must have come from the Christians, may be when large numbers were entering the Muslim Community for instance in Egypt at a later date. Just thinking logically.

By the way: This ‘story’ is one of the reasons why I entered the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at. At first glance it appeared a bit far to have walked – or rode – all the way from Palestine to Kashmir, but the ‘other story’, that Jesus was supposed to have traveled in his earthly body to heaven – is quite a lot further … Therefore, again, the interpretation of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at is more logical.

  3. Reblogged this on Progressive Islam. and commented:
Thank you Rafiq for your thought. Maybe you are right maybe not.
This is my though, hopefully it us right.

    ABOUT RESURRECTION.
If we use our mind we cannot believe this verse below.

O mankind! if ye have a doubt about the Resurrection, (consider) that We created you out of dust, then out of sperm, then out of a leech-like clot, then out of a morsel of flesh, partly formed and partly unformed, in order that We may manifest (Our Power) to you; and We cause whom We will to rest in the wombs for an appointed term, then do We bring you out as babes, then (foster you) that ye may reach your age of full strength; and some of you are called to die, and some are sent back to the feeblest old age, so that they know nothing after having known (much). And (further), thou seest the earth barren and lifeless, but when We pour down rain on it, it is stirred (to life), it swells, and it puts forth every kind of beautiful growth in pairs.Q.22;5

It us impossible death of prople will be raised ( rised again. It is not logical. But we have to believe that death people will be rised alive again to face the judgement.
Jesus had rised already to Heaven without facing judgement.
So Jesus was rised alive to Heaven is a proof to above verse Q . 22 : 5.

    ISLAMIC TEACHING IS LOGICAL.
Rafiq— I am Muslim but I did not kiss and cry at the STONE KAABA AND ASWARD, and I did not encicle Kaaba 7 times as clerics told us. It is not logical to kiss and cry at Stone Kaaba. Pegan Jahilliya did before Prophet Muhammad pbuh came to Mecca.

Kissing , crying and encicling Stone of Kaaba is the act of idolatry as Pegan did kissing and worship many stones at Kaaba.
Yes, there are Hadith told us to kiss Stone Asward because that stone cane from Heaven and Kaaba was told that the house of Allah. That is why People kiss and cry at Kaaba.it is not true Hadith. It is false hadith
that sgainst Al Quran as God say.

Worship / follow Allah, and do not associate with Him anything ( with Hadith, idols, stone, etc ), Q.4:36.
Surely, Allah does not forgive that a partner is ascribed to Him, and forgives anything short of that for whomsoever He wills. Whoever ascribes a partner to Allah has indeed gone far astray.(Q.4: (116).

‘Surely, you and that which you worship ( idol- hadith) beside Allah are destined to be the fuel of hell’ Q.21:98. That is why God has been punishing million Muslim around the world. Please repent soon as possible!

What do you think my tought?

    Was Salam-With❤️

    • Jesus ‘rise to heaven’. Where did the ‘alive’ came from ? All the dead are ‘risen to heaven’. Nothing special about it.

      • If you read Al Quran carefully you will find these verses.
        Where did I find “alive”

O mankind! if ye have a doubt about the Resurrection, (consider) that We created you out of dust, then out of sperm, then out of a leech-like clot, then out of a morsel of flesh, partly formed and partly unformed, in order that We may manifest (Our Power) to you; and We cause whom We will to rest in the wombs for an appointed term, then do We bring you out as babes, then (foster you) that ye may reach your age of full strength; and some of you are called to die, and some are sent back to the feeblest old age, so that they know nothing after having known (much). And (further), thou seest the earth barren and lifeless, but when We pour down rain on it, it is stirred (to life), it swells, and it puts forth every kind of beautiful growth in pairs.Q.22;5

Think not of those who are killed in the Way of Allâh as dead. Nay, they are alive, with their Lord, and they have provision-Q. 3: (169)

Do not say of those who are slain in the way of Allah that they are dead. Instead, they are alive, but you do not perceive. Q.2; (154)

The ones to whom angels bring death while they are pure (taqwa)). They (angels) say, “Peace on you! Enter Paradise for the deeds you have been doing.” Q.16;32

Rafiq— it is very cleare and cannot be deny that Allah resurrected Jesus alive to Heaven- Jesus still alive in Heaven.

Most Islamic clerics do not want to tell the truth, they are afraid of accusation from other clerics or his followers.

Hopefully these verses above can change and correct your belief that against Al Quran.

What do you think Rafiq? Am I wrong?

        All our love ❤️

      • Yes you are wrong. ‘Do not say of those who are slain in the way of Allah that they are dead. Instead, they are alive … ‘ Yes, but not with their earthly body. Same with Jesus. (Can we close this discussion now for a while please? Repetitions need to be deleted…).

We are indeed fortunate that we believe in the Imam of the time, Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, Messiah and Mahdi (as) who clarified all these details for us and reminded us again. https://www.alislam.org/library/articles/natural-death-of-hazrat-jesus-as-son-of-mary/
