On 9th Dec 2017 Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Wolverhampton held tabligh event entitled “Say No Violence Against Women”.
Outreach Event Held on 9th Dec 2017 Wolverhampton Jamaat Baitul Atta Mosque UK

The programme started with recitation of holy Quran followed up with its English translation by Abeer sahab.
It was followed up by introduction of Ahmadiyya Muslim by Mr Yaseen Khan, the local President and a presentation was shown by Nasirat about the women rights before the advent of the holy prophet (saw).

Among the attendees were:
Deputy Lieutenant Dr Satya Sharma MBE DL (High Sheriff Office),
Deputy Lord Mayor Wolverhampton, Tony Parker Sgt ( Domestic Abuse Team)
West Midlands Police,
Gurbax Kaur from Positive Participation Asian Mental Health Services,
Cllr Rupinderjit kaur,
Orange campaign and violence against women and girls,
Phil Bennion (Fmr West Midlands MEP) and
Maulana Abdul Ghaffar sahab who adressed the audience on Islamic perspective on “violence against women”.

The programme was attended with over 65 guests and about 13 Ahmadiyya Muslim Members handled the program.

The programme ended with a meal.
