Providing volunteers Shafia Saeed of Gateshead said: “On 15th of July 2017, Women Auxiliary of Ahmadiyya Muslim Association Newcastle chapter, helped in fundraising for Equal Arts to support people with Dementia.
Shafia Saeed, the communication Secretary of Women auxiliary, provided four ladies including Khalida, Arahmata, Iffat and Ayesha.
The ladies helped in backpack at M&S at Metro centre and raised £840. It is crucial for Muslims to care for one’s fellow human beings.
Holy prophet of Islam said,
you will not believe until you love for your brother what you love for yourself”.
Allah says,
there is a recognised right, for the needy and deprived over our wealth (70:24-5)”
