India: Amritsar physician kidnapped after wife pays ransom

Tribune News Service, Amritsar, May 19 A doctor kidnapped on Thursday night by gangster Gopi Ghanshaypuria and his accomplices near Ajnala in Amritsar was released after his wife paid a ransom of Rs 7.5 lakh to the kidnappers.The gangster is reportedly linked to Vicky Goundar.
