Late Mian Abdul Sami Noon narrates:

In 1978 General Yahya Khan (then President of Pakistan) came to USA for treatment when he fell sick. He arrived straight at Hazrat Mirza Muzaffar Ahmad Sahib’s house along with his wife and son. His family stayed at M. M. Ahmad Sahib’s house and M. M. Ahmad Sahib got General Yahya Khan Sahib admitted in the hospital for treatment. They all stayed there for about 2 months. When they were returning back to Pakistan, Sahibzadi Amtul Quyum Sahiba also went to airport to see them off.

At the time of departure, Wife of the then President [of Pakistan] raised her hands towards skies and prayed:   “Oh Allah, If Muzaffar is Kafir (disbeliever) then make the entire world a Kafir like him. We have no relationship with him and yet the way he has taken care of us with such high morality and loyalty, no one on the earth exists who can serve in that capacity.”
and she was crying.
