Muhammad Akram Mehmood
It’s hard to put into words the pain that comes from reading report after report of what the Ahmadiyya community in Pakistan is enduring. When you go through the facts, the patterns become impossible to ignore — people being targeted not for what they’ve done, but simply for what they believe.
Families live with fear. Places of worship are not safe. Even graves are not left in peace. The idea that someone can be punished for praying, for identifying with their faith, or for speaking their truth is deeply unsettling.
The report I’m sharing here lays it out in stark detail — not just isolated incidents, but a system that allows this to continue. These aren’t statistics; they are human lives, stories, and voices that deserve to be heard.
No one should have to hide their faith to stay safe. No one should have to fear violence or discrimination because of who they are.
Please take a moment to read, reflect, and share. Awareness is one of the few tools we all have — and sometimes, it can make more difference than we think.
