BANJARMASINPOST.CO.ID, BATULICIN – The Tanahbumbu Community Belief Monitoring Coordination Team (PAKEM) held another meeting to address the belief system of the Tanahbumbu Indonesian Ahmadiyah Congregation (JAI).
This time, the meeting was chaired by the Head of Intelligence for the Tanah Bumbu District Attorney, Rizky Purbo Nugroho, together with the Head of the Tanah Bumbu Ministry of Religion, Plt Kabakesbangpol, Polres, BIN, MUI, FKUB, Satpol PP, Sub-district Head of Sungai Loban, Kades Sumber Makmur, Kades Sepunggur.
Even at that time, there was a representative of the Indonesian Ahmadiyya Congregation who had not previously been present for several discussions.
In addition, the Pakem Team also presented M Arbain, a figure in the tradition of saving in Tanbu.
During the discussion of the Coordination Team for the Supervision of Community Beliefs (PAKEM), an agreement was reached which was stated in the minutes.

Regarding the Indonesian Ahmadiyya Community, Pakem asked JAI to stop the construction of all religious facilities in the Tanahbumbu Regency area.
Pakem also asked all members and administrators of JAI not to spread any form of Ahmadiyah teachings, either in the form of direct teaching or through other media.
This refers to the Joint Decree of the Minister of Religion Number 3 of 2008, the Attorney General Number: KEP-033/A/JA/6/2008 and the Minister of Home Affairs Number 199 of 2008 concerning Warnings and Orders to Adherents, Members and/or Members of the Church Management ‘at Ahmadiyah Indonesia (JAI) and community members.
The next point, generally asked all JAI to join the ta’lim assemblies in their respective areas. When conducting recitations, it should be conducted openly to the public by involving religious leaders, community leaders and or the local village government.
“If JAI continues to take actions that violate as referred to in point 1 and point 2 above, legal action will be taken in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations,” said the Head of Intelligence for the Tanah Bumbu District Attorney, Rizky Purbo Nugroho representing the Head of the Tanah Bumbu District Attorney. The Pakem team also emphasized that the religious activities carried out by M Arbain and JAI leaders when carrying out all activities that gathered people to report to village officials and were open to the public. It even has to involve religious leaders, local community leaders or the local village government.
“We also asked Arbain to take care of the Building Permit (IMB) for all buildings around his house in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations,” he said.
In order not to be closed, Arbain can open himself to socialize and communicate with interested parties.
