The amazing attitude of a 35-year-old woman who died of cancer early this month will make you look at life differently — and her touching obituary has moved hundreds of readers.

When Bailey Jean Matheson, of Halifax, Canada, received the news about her terminal cancer two years ago, she decided she’d transform that moment into a celebration of life. She only had two years to live, and she wanted to do just that: to live her life to the fullest.

Afraid of the side effects of chemotherapy, she decided skip therapy so she could spend her last days enjoying her life: spending time with her loved ones, traveling the world and sharing the gift of living in the moment.
