By the grace of Almighty Allah, LAJNA IMA’ILLAH (Women’s Wing of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community) MANJESHWAR (Northern Kerala) JAMAAT organized a Khidmat-e-Khalq (Serving Mankind) event at Bhagini Samaaj Orphanage, Mangalore on the 5th of November 2016.

11 Lajna & 3 Nasirat members visited and distributed grocery items, Lunch & Sweets to about 45 children and 8 staff members at the Bhagini Samaaj Orphanage.

Manjeshwar Lajna President, Dr.Waseema Salam Saheba said in her speech:

Ahmadiyya Muslim community is a most peaceful organization in the world and works hard to promote Peace and Harmony in the society. It works under one Leadership, Hadrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad (atb), presently living in London. Women’s Wing of this community is Known as LAJNA IMA’ILLAH and our motto is “No nation can progress without educating their women”.

Our community organizes various Humanitarian events to help the needy. This is one such event.

After her speech, she presented Memento to Incharge of the Bhagini Samaaj Orphanage on behalf of the entire Lajna Ima’illah, Manjeshwar.

Later, Secretary Khidmate Khalq-Rahmath Rafieq Saheba presented Kannada version of two books namely, ‘Life of Muhammad (s.a)’, ‘World Crisis & Pathway to Peace’, and few Pamphlets to this Orphanage.

After Lunch, members of Lajna Ima’illah and Nasirat had a friendly conversation with children and staffs of the Orphanage.

May Allah reward each and every one who contributed and worked hard to make this event successful and also bless us to organize more such events in coming days as well.
