The State gave in to the Mullahs. The guy who was held by police in an unprecedented move against hate speech (under NAP) was released and garlanded a hero in Lahore. I wont be surprised if he’s given the title “Hadhrat” by the Mullahs after this immense sacrifice for the glory of ‘Islam.’ All this while, Uncle Mehdi is in jail for reading/printing a verse of the Holy Quran. See what is messed up with Pakistan? Like I recently said, we decry Trump’s bigotry but conveniently forget that ours is a huge Trumpistan.
Against what we do in Pakistan to the Ahmadi Muslims & other minority communities, Trump would probably look like a human rights activist. The only way to change Pakistan is to speak louder than these bigots and drown them out with our voices and our activism. Every voice counts!

Meet this New Hero of Pakistani Radicals. Man in this picture is not an Award winner , or captain of some winning cricket team. He put up a sign on his shop at Hafeez Center, with Hate against Ahmadis by calling them Dogs. Look at the number of people who came out to support him. Hafeez Center is in Gulberg Lahore which is among one of the richest and most educated neighborhoods in Pakistan. Now imagine life of an Ahmadi Muslim in other parts of Pakistan.
