A petition had been filed in the Sindh High Court against Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) as the petitioner, Anjuman Islah-e Moashra Ameer Haji Gul Ahmed demanded the higher court to impose ban on PPP and doing politics. According to details, the petitioner had through his constitutional petition No 974/2014 apprised the higher court that the PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had violated the Objective Resolution and the Article 5 of the constitution of Pakistan by raising slogan for freeing Karachi.
The petitioner further apprised the higher court that the PPP Chairman had also negated the constitution of Pakistan by expressing his desire for seeing a Christian as the Prime Minister of Pakistan. The petitioner also apprised the higher court that last Saturday, leader of opposition in National Assembly from PPP, Syed Khursheed Shah had said the term ‘Mohajir’ was a curse, which was not only a violation of the constitution of Pakistan but also fell under the Blasphemy law.
