Thanksgiving is a time for Reflection, Sharing and Gratitude.

By the grace of Almighty Allah the 1st INTERFAITH THANKSGIVING DINNER was hosted in BAIT- UL- JAAMAY MOSQUE at GLEN ELLYN, CHICAGO, on 23rd November 2019.

There were about 70 guests, men and women combined. As it was the Interfaith dinner, dignitaries from different religious group Jews, Christian, Hindu, Sikh and Muslims to name the few were present.

The Honourable guests included Doctors, Congressman, Social workers and others who wholeheartedly participated in the event by delivering kind and motivational speeches.

The guest enjoyed the exquisite vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine and savoured the scrumptious desserts.

• “Review of religion”
• “Muslim Sunrise”
• “Philosophy of the teachings of Islam”

The guests were highly impressed by the hearty welcome and warm hospitality and consented to join many such events in future.

Last but not the least hats off to the Tabligh team and all the jamaat members who wholeheartedly supported and dedicated themselves to make this event a stupendous success.
