Indonesia: Ma’ruf Asks for Dialogue to Be Put Forward in Ahmadiyya Case

TRIBUNNEWS.COM, JAKARTA – Vice President Ma’ruf Amin responded to the destruction of the Ahmadiyya Mosque in Sintang, West Kalimantan (Kalbar).

“The vice president responded so that harmony between religious communities must remain upright. There is a difference of understanding, there is a difference of opinion, I don’t think the solution should be done in ways that the process makes the other party harmed, or violate the law and so on,” said Vice President Ma’ruf Amin’s spokesman, Masduki Baidlowi, in a voice recording received on Tuesday (09/07/2021).
