I am Mr Bashir Ulde, Ex resident of Monarch Garden Sewri put my grievance before you that in Mumbai the Public Trust namely registered with Charity Commission Mumbai in the name and style MOHAKAME SHARIA DARUL QAZA REHMANIA F 47695 under Section 9 (1) with main objects in MOA of the Trust in para 3 (c) ” Trust will perform Nikahe Fast ” म्हणजे लग्न तोडण्याचे कार्य करणार ” this is unlawful and illegal . No public trust have any rights to deal with family matrimonial disputes . Mr Maulana Abdul Hasan Rahi self proclaimed Kazi , the president of the said trust and running parallel court contrary to the judiciary system and giving judgement of Nikah e Fask. I am one of the victim of this trust . I have made an appeal to the Maharashtra Government’s Charity Commissioner to deregister this unlawful public trust which is on paper . My appeal no . is 14/14 . I am not getting justice from Maharashtra Government on my appeal . Only AIMPLB runs DARUL QAZA in Mumbai as Arbitrary Council . I Demand your help to get justice from the State Government’s Charity Commissioner on the appeal in the interest of Muslim Community at large .
