  3. These are only small communities, and it would be advisable to get to know the locals, speaking to elders and also the youngsters who committed those crimes. They should be given a warning by police not to repeat such crimes, as any repeat would mean more serious action. Hopefully that would make them understand that such actions have consequences. By all means then invite the parents along with the youngsters for ‘tea and cakes’, so that they can get to know their new Muslim neighbours, which is often a problem, as Muslims tend to keep to their own communities and do not assimilate easily.
