KABUL (Reuters) – A suicide bomber blew himself up in a banqueting hall where Islamic religious scholars had gathered in the Afghan capital Kabul on Tuesday, killing more than 50 people, three government officials said.
Najib Danish, a spokesman for the Interior Ministry, said more than 80 other people had been injured.
“A suicide bomber detonated his explosives inside a wedding hall where Islamic religious scholars had gathered to commemorate the anniversary of the Prophet Mohammad’s birth,” Danish said.
The banquet room is in the Uranus wedding hall, a complex housing several large reception rooms near Kabul airport.
“Hundreds of Islamic scholars and their followers had gathered to recite verses from the holy Quran to observe the Eid Milad-un-Nabi festival at the private banquet hall,” said a spokesman for Kabul police.

There is NO PEACE in Islamic countries any more, even in Indonesia the extremist still persecute Ahmadiyyah and others.
As long as there is the extremist intolerance, there is no peace forsure—
But there is peace in those counties that obey Human Right and justice for all— Ahmadiyyah very enjoy to live in the non Islamic countries— they should appreciate it and give to thank to them instead of blame them.

reminds me: one not so poor Iraqi family decided to let their son ‘escape’ to USA so that he should not have to go to the military during the Iraq Iran war. With considerable cost and difficulties he reached New York – and was murdered there two months after arrival. Oh, how wonderful are the countries who obey Human Rights (generally)
Do KSA and Iran obey Human Right?
Both claim they are Islamic states, Islamic countries but they do not obey Human right. Can we justify they are the true Islamic state?
