A man was lashed 80 times for consuming alcohol at a wedding ceremony back when he was teenager more than a decade ago in Iran, The Sun reported.

Amnesty International castigated the corporal punishment which was carried out for a ‘crime’ which took place when he was 14.
“The circumstances of this case are absolutely shocking. No one should be subjected to flogging,”the human rights group’s spokesperson Philip Luther said.
“That a child was prosecuted for drinking and then being sentenced to 80 lashes is beyond comprehension,” he added.

Amnesty found out the man consumed alcohol during at an event back in 2007.
The public prosecutor of Kashmar said a scuffle at the wedding resulted in a 17-year-old being killed.
He accepted that the man flogged had no connection to the death and his punishment was purely for consuming the beverage.
His flogging sentence was also issued 10 years ago somewhere between March 2007 and 2008.

“The use of cruel punishments such as flogging, amputation and blinding are an appalling assault on human dignity. It’s unacceptable Iranian authorities allow such punishments and to justify them in the name of protecting religious morals,” Luther said.
Back in 2016, an Iranian woman disclosed the injuries she sustained for drinking.
The woman, 28, also received 80 lashes after being caught at a party with boys and drinking.
She was found her guilty of the offences more than two years after she attended the party in Mashhad.

AHMADIYYAH SHOULD CONDEMN THE ISLAMIC CRUEL PUNISHMENT.

Most Islamic laws have been modrenized that fit to the modren pluralistic society in 21th century. But most Islamic countries still apply the old Islamic laws completely like: Saudi Arabia, Iran, Sudan, Taliban, ISIS. Ect. The extremist or orthodox Muslim REJECT to modrenize or to reform Allah’s laws, they believe that Allah’s laws or Syariah Islam are HARAM to change or reform forever.
LIKE…
1. Government system: Islamic state or government
2..The cruel punishment : flogging, beheading, cut off hands or legs etc at front of public.
3. Women dressing: women have to cover the whole body or burqa / hijab / niqab.
4. Inheritance: girls receive only 1/2 of boys.
5. Witness: 2 female are equal 1male.
6. Polygamy.
7. Usury Bank or Islamic Bank
8. Halal food or drink
9. The rule of Prayer, fasting and Hajji
10. The rule of slave.
11. Believe in the book of Hadith.
12. The rule of ; Music, singing. dogs beard, women leadership, call of prayer, segragation male snd female, shack hand male and femake, gender equality, Right hand is better than left hand, non Muslim is forbidden to be elected, and many more..!

1. For specific time and location.
2. For Universal laws.
Most Arab scholars think that Islamic laws can be applied every where and any time until the end of day.
I myself agree with Ismaili Muslim that the old Islamic laws have to be adjusted according to the progress and developmen of Science and technology. Otherwise Muslim cannot live in modren society or civil society.
Because the current Islamic laws has been contaminated with the wrong teaching, the wrong interpretation and the false Hadith. That is why the result of implementing the old Islamic laws are conflict, warfare and poverty as we see in Middle East and other Islamic countries in Asia. Very sad pity and shameful where Muslim Arab kill other Muslim Arab. Million Muslim have been sufferef, fled and killed by Muslim hands. Nauzubillah.
MY CONCLUSION.
If young Muslim want to see Muslim can live in peace, happiness and prosperity, the current Islamic laws have to be adjusted or be reformed that fit to the Modren time, our time.
