Video: The world’s best known atheist, Richard Dawkins does seem to believe in a Creator God

Epigraph:

Who has created seven heavens in harmony. No incongruity canst thou see in the creation of the Gracious God. Then look again: Seest thou any flaw?

Aye, look again, and yet again, thy sight will only return unto thee confused and fatigued. (Al Quran 67:4-5)

Apparently the world’s best known atheist, Richard Dawkins does seem to believe in a Creator God, who has fine tuned the universe for us. His 12 minute presentation in this video starts around 16:30:

If he does believe in a Creator God, we can take it from there.  A lot of his misunderstandings stem from his knowledge of only Christianity rather than Islam and his obsession with the negative consequences of political Islam.  In fact I have a presentation, to solve his dilemma: If the Atheists and the Christians Debate, Islam Wins!

Incidentally, we do have some common agenda with him.  The Muslim Times is trying to promote secularism in every country of the world, but, at a personal level we are all dependent on the Provident God, who is the Creator of our universe and is the most Merciful and Gracious.

I have been extending a challenge to Dawkins for several years, but, as expected, he has been ignoring: A challenge for Dawkins: Where did carbon come from? However, today after I tweeted this post, through the Muslim Times’ account with more than 36,000 followers, he decided to respond by calling me deluded.  I see it as a compliment in disguise; I will tell you in a minute why.  First his tweet:

I believe it is a compliment in disguise, because I am a fan of Mahatma Gandhi, who said: “First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, and then you win.”

I am thankful to Prof. Dawkins for promoting me to the second stage.  The third stage will be when we actually discuss and debate.  It may come soon if I can have a few hundred thousand followers in Twitter. Stay tuned until then.

You be the judge and listen to his presentation again.  Am I deluded or is Richard Dawkins over reacting?  He said in the video and I quote:

I could go for a God, whose primary business was to create the cosmos, to set up the laws of physics, to twiddle the knobs that fine tune the physical constants in such a way as to foster the eventual emergence of biological evolution.  Such a God, a grand God, the God of the Cosmos, the God of the physicist, the God of the hyper-mathematician, the God of the master architect that would be a God worth worshiping.

Did I make this up, my ears fail me or he actually said all this? You tell me! Of course he said more.  But, what does the above quote mean?
