Attackers in China’s restive Xinjiang region have crashed two cars into shoppers at a market, killing 31 people, Chinese media reports say.
They also threw explosives during the attack in the regional capital Urumqi. More than 90 people were injured, the state-run Xinhua news agency said.
The Ministry of Public Security called it a “violent terrorist incident”.
Xinjiang, which is home to the Muslim Uighur minority, has seen a spate of attacks in the past year.
Information about incidents in the region, where ethnic tensions between Uighurs and Han Chinese continue, is tightly controlled.

Freedom of religion for every one, regardless of religion, is also a sacred duty. But, you cannot kill an innocent bystander for that.
There are ethics of war described in the Holy Quran.
But, it is always a defensive posture. Allah says in Sura Hajj:

Government do not protect the right of religion, and Government Army punish and some got killed there…in this case Muslim are defending them self—what is wrong—-So the verse –(Al Quran 22:40-41)–are not related to this case—.

Many muslims call Jihad an “INNER STRUGGLE” when there are many suras & over 200 hadiths by Bukhari, Muslim & others CALLING Jihad A WAR against kafirs & infidels.
Let’s take Zakir Naik as an example he asks all muslims to be terrorists for allah & Mohammed.
A Hadith which is a record of Mohammed’s words says that Jihad, or holy war, is the second best thing to believing in Allah & his apostle.

all citizen do not have the right to do violent (rebel) against the existing authority..even authority do not share your religion of beliefs.

Allah command His people in His books like these;

Everyone must obey state authorities, because no authority exists without God’s permission, and the existing authorities have been put there by God.Whoever opposes the existing authority opposes what God has ordered So anyone who rebels against authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and they will be punished. The authority are God’s servants, sent for the very purpose of punishing those who do what is wrong..Roman 13:1-2).

You can not find this commandment (verse) in Al Quran—God’s commandment is very clear that citizen can not against or rebel the existing authority—against authority–is against Allah.
Muslim who live in China, North Korea as atheist country,have to obey the authority willingly. be good citizen.

Even the authority ask women NOT to wear Hijab in public place, woman have to obey it. If Authority ask Muslim do not pray in Mosque, Muslim have to obey it—-Muslim can pray at home..

If you want to change the Government laws, you have he right to protest peacefully and wisely.and be patient..Only Allah have the right to open the Authority’s HEART..without Allah, it can not happen.

Therefore, Allah condemn extremist Muslim every where who rebel the existing Authority. Allah already proved that Allah punished Osma Bin Laden, Taliban, Chen Chen leader—Muslim Brotherhood etc.

I urge all Muslim around the world to obey the existing authority where ever you reside. Be a good Muslim, do not follow a violent Scholars they will misguide you and will lead you disaster and disgrace.
