  1. Bismilahirahmanirrahiim.
Where did Blasphemy laws come from?.
    .
There is no such cruel laws from Allah and Prophet Muhammad (saw) or from Al Quran.
    .
    Whereas Prophet and Allah said;
    .
and turn off Evil with good: for such there is the final attainment of the (Eternal) Home.QS 13:22.
    .
I found from the ancient interpretation scholar namely Al Imam Ibnu Katsir

If anyone contends with the Messenger even after guidance has been plainly conveyed to him, and follows a path other than that becoming to men to Faith, We shall leave him in the path he has chosen, and land him in Hell,-what an evil refuge!QS 4:115
    .
Al Imam Ibn Kathir’s interpretation said: “Let anyone who insults the Prophet, both physically and spiritually, in his fear maligned form of infidelity, hypocrisy, blasphemy, heresy, a painful punishment in the world, he was executed, imprisoned.”

IBN KATSIR WAS A EXTREMIST MUSLIM SCHOLAR.HE WANT TO KILL BLASPHEMY, HERESY AND INFIDEL.
    .
He was wrong, againts Al Quran, against Allah and prophet Muhammad (saw).
    .
Surely, those who have made divisions in their religion and turned into factions, you have nothing to do with them. Their case rests with Allah alone; then He will tell them what they have been doing. QS 6:(159).
    .
It is very clear that those who make division, insult Islam and prophet, Government has no right to judge people or to put people to jail..
    .
May Government of Pakistan, Malaysia, and others follow Allah and messenger THAN Ancient Arab Scholars.Amen.
    .
What ever we do, be done with love of God (Cor.16:13).
If we love each other, we can achieve a big works for mankind
but if you hate each other, will be destroyed completely.
Hatred stir up trouble and conflict.
So let we love each other, Allah will bless us all
    With all my love.

  2. In the present day, Muslims keep looking back to the scholars of Islam 1200 to 1400 years ago for guidance. The fact is that these were all fundamentalists. Example: All seven greatest Imams of Fiqah including Imam Abu Hanifah, agree that the punishment for apostasy is death. The only difference is that some would give a little time for repentance and others would execute immediately. So it is no wonder that the Muslims of today, who refuse to accept the Book of God as their guidance and who refuse to use their own God given intellect and continue to follow the Idols of the past scholars are so misguided. The solution of the problems of today is not in the past. It is in front of us if only we would turn our heads and look up instead of looking back.
