As the Qur’an is revelation of Allah to Muhammad (peace be upon him), the Sunnah likewise — not a third of it; not half of it; not two-thirds of it; not three-fourths of it; and not nine-tenths of it — all of it is the second revelation of Allah to His Messenger (peace be upon him). The Most High has said: “And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad) gives you, take it, and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it), and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is severe in punishment.” (Qur’an, 59:7)
The Most High has said: “Nor does he speak of (his own) desire. It is only an inspiration that is inspired.” (Qur’an, 53:3-4)
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “Indeed I have been given the Qur’an and that which is similar to it along with it.” (Ahmad in Al-Musnad 28/410 and Abu Dawood in the Book of Sunnah; Chapter: Clinging to the Sunnah)
In another Hadith: “Indeed that which the Messenger of Allah has made haraam is just like that which Allah has made haraam.” (Ahmad, Al-Musnad-28/429 and Al-Tirmidhi in the Book of Knowledge; Ibn Maajah; and Al-Marwazee in As-Sunnah pg. 71; Ad-Daarimee within As-Sunan 1/473; and At-Tabaraanee in Al-Kabeer 20/274)

Sheikh Ubayd Al-Jabiri believe what ancient scholar teach him. Most ancient interpretation of Islam are misleading Muslim around the world.
Let me explain the true meaning of this verses;
“And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad) gives you, take it, and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it), and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is severe in punishment.” (Qur’an, 59:7)
The Most High has said: “Nor does he speak of (his own) desire. It is only an inspiration that is inspired.” (Qur’an, 53:3-4)
My interpretation of this QS 59;7.
Most ancient Scholars believe that what ever Prophet was doing and talking came from Allah. That is why Ancient Scholars wrote what ever Prophet was doing and talking in the book of Hadits.
Verily, they were wrong definitely and misled all Muslim who learned from Saudi Arabia.
What we found from the book of Hadits (Muslim & Bukhari) contains;
1. The true Hadits what explain the verses in Al Quran.These Hadits are not agaisnt Al Quran
2. The false Hadits are against Al Quran and create violence, conflict and kill innocent people, blasphemy, apostasy, gay lesbian, Heresy etc.
3. The ancient Arab tradition Hadits.
Actually the book of Hadits created by human. not by Allah
those who believe Allah and human fall into sinful Syrik. The biggest sin in Islam
Therefore to follow Prophet Muhammad (saw) after his death righly is namely follow Al Quran. Those who follow Al Quran, it meants follow sunnah rightly.
Those who follow Al Quran and the book of Hadits will go astray and fall into sinful Syrik.
THE TRUE INTERPRETATION OF THIS VERSE (Qur’an, 53:3-4)
1. The DUTY of Prophet Muhammad ( saw) was to convey what Allah said to him.
Prophet Muhammad (saw) was NOT a god who never make mistake. Prophet Muhammad(saw) was a man could make same mistake.
Prophet Muhammad(saw) “I am but a man like you”
It means Prophet Muhammad (saw) was NOT GOD, but a man like us (in term he could make a mistake )
Say: I am only a mortal like you. My Lord inspireth in me that your God is only One God. And whoever hopeth for the meeting with his Lord, let him do righteous work, and make none sharer of the worship due unto his Lord.QS 18:110
Prophet Muhammad(saw) could not make a laws, he just to convey what Allah inspired him.
[Say thou: “I am but a man like you: it is revealed to me by inspiration, that your God is One God: so stand true to Him, and ask for His Forgiveness.” And woe to those who join gods with Allah,QS 41;6
Say: “I have no power over any good or harm to myself except as Allah willeth. If I had knowledge of the unseen, I should have multiplied all good, and no evil should have touched me: I am but a warner, and a bringer of glad tidings to those who have faith.”QS 7:188
Prophet Muhammad(saw) made a mistake just like us.
INSULTED A BLIND MAN.
He (the Prophet) frowned and turned his face, (1) Because the blind man came to him! 1 (2) What could tell you (O prophet about the prospects of the blind man?) May be, (if you had attended him properly,) he would have attained purity, (3) Or have received the advice, and the advice would have benefited him. (4) As for the one who does not care (about faith), (5) You are anxious to pursue him, (6) While there is no blame on you, if he does not attain purity. (7) As regards the one who has come to you rushing eagerly, (8) While he fears (Allah), (9) To him you pay no heed! (10) Never! (you should never act in this way,) Indeed this (Qur’an) is an advice. (11)QS 80:1-11
PROPHET LOST THE BATTLE.
How is it that, when you suffered a hardship the twice of which you had inflicted upon them, you say, “Where did this come from?” Say, “This is from your own selves. Allah is surely Powerful over everything.” QS 3:(165)
PROPHET NEVER MAKE ADDITIONAL LAWS BESIDE ALLAH’S LAWS.
Prophet Muhammad (saw) did not have the right to make the law, only Allah made the law for His people as Allah said;
(This is) a Message sent down from the Lord of the Worlds. (43) And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name, (44) We should certainly seize him by his right hand, (45) And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: (46) Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath).QS 69:40-47
When you do not bring them a sign, they say, “Could you not make up one?” 55 Say, “I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord.” This is (a Book of) insights from your Lord and a guidance and mercy for a people who believe QS 7:. (203)
Then what Message, after that, will they believe in?
“Which HADITH other than this do they uphold?” QS.77:50
Then leave Me alone with such as belie this Quran. We shall punish them gradually from directions they perceive not.V68;44.
“Absolutely, we have revealed the reminder (Azekrra) (Quran), and absolutely, we will preserve it.” QS.15:9
God gives assurance about the sanctity and purity of Al-Quran for ever, Allah does not guarantee the correctness of Hadith that recorded by scholars 150-200 years after the death of the Prophet.
Prophet Muhammad never verify and justify the book of Hadist. Those who still believe that the book of Hadits Muslim and Bukhari is a Holy book beside Holy Al Quran will go astray and fall into sinful syirik.
Why do Arab people believe what Muslim and Bukhari wrote in their book? Were they prophets or a holy man? Allah said; Those who believe a man than Allah alone, he will fall into sinful syrik.
CONCLUSION
1. Prophet Muhammad said; I am just like you, I am not God, I can not make mistake,like you
2. The duty of Prophet was to convey His massages to people clearly and openly,that’s it.
3. Prophet Muhammad NEVER make additional laws beside God’s laws.
4. Not all what prophet was doing and talking were come from Allah as ancient scholars thought.
5. What Sheikh Ubayd Al-Jabiri interpreted (Qur’an, 59:7) and (Qur’an, 53:3-4) are wrong and mislead Muslim to the against Allah’s way.

The best and the right way to obey His Messenger is to obey Al Quran completely. Because His Messenger was a role model to follow Allah’s laws was written in Al Quran.
Caliph Abu Bakar and Safie priest said: “If I were running Al Quran then follow me, justified me if I’m wrong, if I deviate from the Quran, do not follow me.
Rasul bersabda: “Jangan menulis sebarang dariku melainkan Quran.” [Ahmed, Vol. 1 Page 171, dan Sahih Muslim]
Hadith .. “Do not you write me off other than the Qoran..”(HR Muslim)
If Muslim follow the book of hadits, should be very very careful because in the book of Hadits Muslim and Bukhari never was justified by His Messenger and by Allah.
Allah never guaranteed the book of Hadits was a holy book like Al Quran.
I found that some false Hadits in the book of Hadist Muslim and Bukhari. These false hadits are against Allah’s laws will mislead people who believe the book of Hadits as Holy Book beside Holy Al Quran,and then create conflics among Muslim community as we see today.
These some example of false Hadits.
A. Bring poverty and disaster to Muslim.
Those who practice the false hadiths below will cause people are not productive, but poor, likes the simple life , or afraid to become wealthy
( 1 ) The Messenger of Allah saw that in heaven itmost people are poor , while in hell most women . Muslim – Bukhary .
( 2 ) ” The rich are hard to get into the door of heaven for many
questions and crawling , while the poor soon enter heaven because there is no question about the property ( HR.Tarmidzi )
( 3 ) . Prophet prayed to Allah , ” O Allah make me a poor man and I turn off the poverty ” HR.Muslim .
4 ) ” Qumtu ‘ alaa baabil Jannati faidzan ‘ aammatu dakhalahaal masaakiinu man ” which means ” I ‘ve stood at the door of heaven , it turns out most people – people who go into it are people – poor people ” ( Narrated by Bukhari – Muslim )
( 6 ) ” People – the poor will enter paradise 500 years earlier than people – the rich ” ( Narrated by al- Tirmidhi , he says , ” Sahih Hadith ” , from Abu Hurai
(7) ” cor … wahsyurnii FII zumratil masaakiin ” which means “God … I gather ( on the day) with a group of people – the poor ” ( Narrated by Ibn Majah no. 4126 , dihasankan by Shaykh Al Albani in Irwa no. 861 and Ash Shahihah no. 308 ) .
Has come hadeeth which denounced those who mimicked a person, and the prohibition of such that, from Aisha that the Prophet said, ‘Really I do not like to imitate someone and really for me like this and like this’. Saheeh issued by Imam Ahmad (6/136-206), al-Tirmidhi (2501).
And you shall hold fast to the Sunnah of the Khulafa sunnahku and Al-Rashidah Al Mahyidin (caliphs who determines the truth and got the chairman on the right path) and the Sunnah-sunnah gigitlah it with teeth and shun Pekara-Pekara that Baharu (bid ‘ah) which diada-invent, you indulge every heresy indeed it is misguided “History of David Tarmizi ash.
1. Women are forbidden to dressed in Western style
2 . Muslim are forbidden to use electronic instrument.
3. Women are forbiden to sing song on stage ,TV etc
4. Muslim are forbidden to dance
5. Women are forbidden to wear pants
6. Women are forbidden to drive a car
7.Etc.

These false Hadits will bring conflict, cruelity, civil war, and disaster.
The bloodshed is totally forbidden not only in Islam but in all religions.
Those who practice the false Hadits below, acused infidel, enemy of Islam. They kill apostates, blasphemy, heresy, gay-lesbian and kill those who do not share their beliefs too like Muslim Shia , Ahmadyah etc
HERESY AND APOSTASY
Anyone of you who saw heresy, apostasy, let is changing with your HANDS, if not able, let the verbal, if not able to let the heart. However, such is weak as weak faith.HR.Muslim
(By hand interpreted to prohibit other group implement a different Islam with them, and even with their hands they damage and kill his opponent.)
HOMOSEXUAL
Prophet said, “If you have people who do act like the people of Lut (liwath) then kill the perpetrators.” (Narrated by Abu Daud, Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah).
SWORD
“O People! Do not desire a combat with the enemy, but pray to Allah for safety. But when you are face to face with the enemy, be steadfast and remember that Paradise lies under the shadow of SWORDS!” Then he supplicated: “O Allah! Revealer of the Book, Driver of the clouds, Vanquisher of hosts, destroy them and help us over them.”[Bukhari]

He cited a hadith of Prophet Mohammed which says, “If a man takes an oath of allegiance to a leader, and puts his hand on his hand and does it with the sincerity of his heart, he should obey him as much as possible. If another man comes and contests him, then behead the other one.”(HR Muslim)
From Abu Hurairah language is the Messenger of Allah, said, It is not going to apply qiamat, so that the Muslims fight the Jews so that the Jews hide behind rocks and trees, and rocks and trees that say, O Muslim, there is this Jew behind me . Come on! And kill it! except the Gharqad (a kind of thorny tree), you indulge this tree is actually a Jewish tree (therefore protected him.( Bukhari and Muslim)
HONOR KILLING
When the end times will appear young people and bad attitude. They said word by using the word of GOD , when they had come out of Islam as an arrow from his bow slipping . Wherever you meet them , then kill them . Because real people are killed they will get a reward on the resurrection day ” HR Bukhari
HR Jamaah.Diriwayatkan of the Commander of the Faithful Ali bin Abi Talib ra. which reads: Anyone who changes his religion (out of Islam, apostasy) then kill. Wherever you meet them, then kill them. Because real people are killed they will get a reward at the Judgment Day “Bukhari.
Rasulullah SAW in the unity of this issue said: “He came to you – being business ( life ) you are under the leadership of one person ( Imam / Caliph ) – and he wanted to divide the unity of you and your congregation scatters , then kill he ! ” [ HR . Muslim ] .
Rasulullah SAW said : ” If two people inducted Caliph , then kill the last of the leader, Muslim .HR
From Umm Marwan Jabir ra that apostasy from Islam and it is up to the Prophet . Then he ordered that prompted him to repent and if repentance is okay but if refused then killed ( Narrated by Ad – Daruquthuny and Al – Bayhaqi with isnaad is weak ) .
Those who changes his religion ( out of Islam , apostasy ) then kill . HR Jamaat .
” That there is a Jewish woman who often denounce and vilify the Prophet . (due to the offense ) , then the woman had been strangled to death by a man . It turns out that the Messenger of Allah . justifies his blood ” . (Abu Dawud )
“The likeness of those who believe in love and affection among them are like one body that if one member complaining of pain then the whole body of another limb can not sleep and always feel hot”. (Hadits by Muslim).
Messenger of Allah said : ” I have been sent ahead of the Hour with the sword , until humans worship only Allah saha , no partner for Him , His rezekiku made under the shadow of my spear , and humiliation and humility made him towards the one who is violating the . whoever resembles a people he belonged to them . ” ( Reported by Ahmad and Tabarani )
I URGE Ahmadiyah’s scholar and moderately educated Muslim Scholar around the world dare to abrogate those false Hadits above.
If we can do it, I believe we can show to the world that Islam is really peaceful religion and against violence and killing innocent people.

The above Hadith may need some discussion. The prophet s.a.w.s. will not declare anything Haraam from himself. He will do it as per revelation from Allah. Haraam and Halaal are explained (described) in the Quran.
The problem with Ahle Hadith people is:
1. They consider hadith and Sunnah as same thing even though there is a clear difference between the two. The Sunnah is the practice of the prophet s.a.w..s from the very first day and many people saw it and adopted it, many in hundreds and thousands. Hadith was something that the prophet s.a.w.s. spoke to some one or two persons..
2. Sunnah is the practical translation of the Quran from the very first day. Hadith is something which was spoken at times of need as a guidance and Hadith was not known to all. So it had to be collected with great effort and compiled after many years.
Hadith is useful to help and serve the Quran and Sunnah. Quran holds the first place in our guidance. Sunnah follows at second place and Hadith takes the third place for guidance.
Hadith is very useful for many wise things are explained by the Hadith. It is wrong to say that hadith has taught the Muslms how to do Wudhu (ablution) and teaches the number and mode of five daily prayers. That is not right. Hadith is useful for many other high level teachings which may not have been explained in the Quran.
It is important to understand what does the OP mean by the topic “Importance of the Prophet’s Sunnah”. What does he mean by the word Sunnah in topic? Sunnah should be understood as something separate (though not against) the Hadith. Wassalam.

The big problem is most of Muslim Scholars teach their student that all the book of Hadits Muslim and Bulhari are saheeh Hadits.
From this point, from my beliefs is wrong. it means the scholars teach them to believe 100 percent in Muslim and Bukari’s Hadits, They teach them idols
Believe God plus believe Imam Muslim & Bukhari are syrik.
Whereas, the core of Islamic teaching from Abrahaam, to Mose, Jesus and Muhammad (saw) is believe in God alone, there is no partner with God.Believe in God alone.
The right way to follow sunnah is to follow God’s books. God assured or guaranteed all His books in purity. But God never guaranteed the book of Hadits. Do you agree this point?
As I said previously, that the book of Hadits created by man, and Al Quran created by God.Right?
The book of Hadits Muslim and Bukhari contains;
1. The saheeh Hadits,
2. The false hadits that created violence.
3. The ancient Arab tradition Hadits,thousands of them are Ancient Arab tradition. These hadits are not Islamic law.

As result of implementing of the book of Hadits Muslim and Bukhari, we can see today, most Islamic countries are poor, conflict and killing Muslim Shia, Ahmadiyah, blasphemy and gay.

I believe that we as moderately educated Muslim Scholars around the world have to fight for the truth. We have to abrogate all Hadits that create violent and kill innocent people.
If we care and love millions innocent people and children are suffering, homeless and died every day in Muslim countries from Philippine, Indonesia,Pakistan to Middle East to Africa.We should act and speak out loudly to prevent more people get killed.
So pity, so sad, heartbreaking and embarrassing what are happening on earth right now.
MY CONCLUSION.
1.The root of conflict in Muslim countries because most Muslim scholars believe in Idols (Muslim, Bukhari, Hurrairah, Al Qadarwi, Osma Bin Laden etc ) instead of Allah alone.
2. Most Muslim Scholars teach their student to hate God’s book of Bible. Whereas, God and Prophet Muhammad already explained in Al Quran that Allah guaranteed the purity of HIs all books from the hand of Jiin and Human.
Also Allah commanded Prophet Muhammad’s followers to believe in His books and His all prophets.QS 3:3
Those who follows God’s laws or Jesus’s teaching in Bible will be filled with compassion, love, mercy, guidance and light.
Then, in their wake, We followed them up with (others of) Our Messengers: We sent after them ‘Isa the son of Maryam, and bestowed on him the Gospel; and We ordained in the hearts of those who followed him Love,or Compassion and Mercy. QS.57;27
And in their footsteps We sent Jesus the son of Mary, confirming the law that had come before him: We sent him the Gospel: therein was guidance and light, and confirmation of the law that had come before him: a guidance and an admonition to those who fear Allah.(taqwa) QS.5;(46).
Let we look at some God’s words in Bible, but NOT written in Al Quran, as following;
THE FIRST GREATEST COMMANDMENT.
Matthew 22.37. Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.This is the first and greatest commandment.
THE SECOND GREATEST COMMANDMENT.
And the second commandment. is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself, (Love all people regardless his race and religion ) All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
THE BOOK OF WISDOM ( PROPHET DAUUD)
Many words of wisdom from God, we should read and practice them. you will be wise and successful and prosperous. God will guarantee it.
Most extremist Muslim do not believe in Jesus’s teaching, they do not have sense of LOVE in their heart, except hatred toward Christian and Jews.
Hatred stir up trouble, conflict and killing people. Do you agree this point?

1. Prophet Muhammad (saw) followed Al Quran completely and right. Those who follows Al Quran, they are following al sunnah rightly, no doubt about it. Al Quran is the true sunnah
2. The true hadits explained Allah’s verses from Taurat, zabur, Injil to Al Quran. This hadits are not against Al Quran.
3. The false hadits are against Al Quran, against Allah’s laws, these Hadits come from Evil man. Those who follow the false Hadits create violence and talk badly, hurt people feeling.
4.The ancient Arab tradition Hadits. these hadits are not Islamic teaching even Prophet did. These Hadist bring Muslim to ancient time, stone age.backward Time. There are thousand of them written in the book of Hadits Muslim and Bukhari.
We, moderately educated Muslim who live in 21 st Century, have to be careful to follow the book of Hadits that human created it.
