  2. It is useless to convince namelee. see few reasons:
38:41 And remember Our servant Job, when he cried unto his Lord, saying, ‘Satan has afflicted me with toil and torment.’
Job was suffering. He called out to God Almighty in the same manner as did Jesus on the cross. “Eli, Eli lima sabaqatani??”
It is all justified prayer or request from men to God. The Satanic forces were working against Jesus too.
About predestination and the power of the Will or intention, nobody can decide. The prophet Muhammad s.a.w.s. had forbidden to discuss that subject. No philosopher or saint or astrologer can decipher and explain the working of destiny.
We Muslims are told to do our best and leave the result to Allah. The Muslim nation is a middle course nation, not inclined to any one side.
Take the case of materialism and spiritualism, it believes in both of them. Islam teaches us to believe in the body as well as the soul or spirit. It teaches us to believe in the seen things as well as unseen things.
It is a balance between Socialism and Capitalism. Our prayers are individual as well as collective. We observe our prayers according to the Sun and Moon. The daily prayers are performed by the position of the Sun and festivals are performed by appearance of the Moon. We do not neglect any one of them. If I write more, it will be a big list. Destiny matter also comes under same category as it is proved by many verses of the Quran.
Now about the contest mentioned by namelee. There was no contest. It was just a sin committed by the Iblees. Nobody misled the Iblees. Iblees disobeyed Allah’s command and did not like to submit to the elected Khalifah (caliph, that was Adam a.s.)
He belonged to the Jinn and not mankind. He had the free will to do what he liked. Iblees considered himself a very pious person. But inside, he was corrupt and did not know that he could be caught easily.
When he was exposed, he was designated as the dare devil (Al-Shaitan). There was no contest. When he was threatened, the DEVIl sought mercy and respite and wanted to prove that he was right. So DEVIL prayed to Allah and requested that he should be given time to prove his point.
That was the DEVIL. Now about Adam a.s. He did not disobey Allah by his own wishes. He was cheated.
There is much difference between the two, Devil and Adam a.s. One important difference I have pointed above, i.e. willful disobedience and misguided (misled by the devil).
The other big difference is the after the act.
When Devil was challenged, he resorted to arguments and ridicule, with Allah. But when Adam a.s. was questioned, he sought refuge (humbly) with Allah and asked for forgiveness. Allah forgave Adam. So there was no sin left in Adam or Eve. That was the end of their mistake. There was no sin in any case because a sin is willful disobedience or bad deed. That was not the case of Adam at all.
From where are the Christians attributing sin to Adam and then carrying on all sin to the rest of mankind??
They believe that every new born child is also sinner. The Christians have abused every prophet of God with some kind of sin or other kind. They did not spare Adam or Noah or Abraham or Moses. Only they spared their Jesus. the Christians should ponder over these things for their own betterment. There is no original sin and no need to kill Jesus on the Cross for any atonement.
Let us continue discussion and let us try to understand the good and bad things with honesty.
