The Ahmadi Muslims in this country, who have lived as loyal law-abiding citizens and who have been threatened with the demolition of their mosque and seizure of the land by the authorities in the state of Selangor, and by a hate campaign in the mass media are now faced with the threat of imprisonment for performing Friday prayers. Regret. 1 The Selangor Islamic Religious Department/Selangor Council of Islamic Religion (JAIS/MAIS) have issued fatwas that Qadiani teaching is not Islamic and has practically categorized Qadianis/Ahmadi as “apostates.” Additionally, a notice issued on April 24, 2009 by MAIS, the highest religious authority in the State of Selangor second only to the Sultan, prohibits Ahmadi Muslims from praying in and otherwise peacefully utilizing their Baitussalam Center (House of Peace), which is located at 11-A, Jalan Nakhoda Kanan, Kampong Nakhoda, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor. Failure to comply with this notice will result in a criminal sentence of up to 1 year imprisonment and/or a fine of up to RM 3,000.00. This prohibition is an injustice, since how can the Ahmadi Muslims in Malaysia obtain permission when they have been declared as kafirs by MAIS and JAIS? Because of this notice we have rented the second floor of a shoplot at No. 16-2, Dolomite Park Avenue, Jalan Batu Caves, 68100, Selangor and turned it into our “Solat Center” (Prayer Centre). This place is a commercial area that is far from any residential area where we believe we will not be disturbing anybody. 1 However, JAIS still wants to prevent us from performing our Friday prayers. Despite having declared us as non-Muslims, JAIS still wants to prosecute us, and the only way to do it is to say that we are still Muslims because our identity cards identify us as Muslims. This factor has enabled JAIS to stage the raid on our solat centre on 11th April 2014. During the raid, a team of about 30 people who identified themselves as enforcement officers from JAIS came to our solat centre at about 2.00 pm, just after we had finished performing our Friday congregational prayer. The leader produced a warrant to “geledah” (ransack/search) our solat centre. At first our members tried to prevent them from entering our solat centre, because they have no jurisdiction over us as we have been declared by official fatwas (religious rulings) of the state of Selangor as early as 1953 as kafir (non-Muslim). However they proceeded to enter our solat centre and arrested 41 of our members. Thirty-seven of us were loaded into a lorry and a van and brought to the JAIS headquarters in Shah Alam, some 50 km away. Meanwhile, four others were brought in a car to a JAIS office in Gombak nearby. At the same time, our Mubaligh (Missionary) who gave the Friday Khutbah (sermon) was brought separately to a police station nearby and then to the JAIS headquarters at Shah Alam, where his statement was taken down and a notice to appear in court on 23rd October 2014 was given to him. All the others had their particulars taken down and were given appointment dates for their statements to be taken by JAIS. While they were at the solat centre, several enforcement officers were aggressive, especially to our members who were trying to record the incident on their handphones. Several reporters who claimed to be JAIS officers but who we suspected were from the Harian Metro Malay language newspaper took video recordings and photographs of the raid. On 12th April 2014 the raid was published in Harian Metro and a video recording of the raid was uploaded onto the Youtube. We, the members of the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Muslim Malaysia residing in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur feel shocked and saddened at this very blatant attempt to stop us from performing our Friday prayers. As we have been declared to be non-Muslims, JAIS should have no more jurisdiction over us. The whole incident is obviously an attempt to prevent us from observing our religious obligations and to deny us our religious freedom. The fact that we are praying at this solat centre is because we have been prevented from saying our Friday prayers at our mission house (Baitussalam) in Kampung Nakhoda. 1 We as Ahmadi Muslims have to perform our Friday prayers as part of our religious obligations. But every time we perform our Friday prayers, we will be arrested where the syariah court will not only fine us, but may also imprison us! This is a sorry state of affairs in Selangor, the most developed state in Malaysia. It is also shameful that this is happening in Malaysia, which wants to portray itself as a modern, progressive and exemplary Islamic state. We therefore call on all Malaysians who have eyes and hearts for justice to give us their moral support against this onslaught on the freedom of religion in this country.

Please do not delete my respond to this Topic, May Allah bless you
    Those who really believe in Allah, and His prophets, must obey Allah’s commandment as followings;
Speak up for people who can not speak for themselves. Protect the rights of all who are helpless.speak for them and be a righteous judge.protect the right of the poor and needy. Proverb 31:8.
“And why should ye not fight in the cause of Allah and of those who, being weak, are ill-treated (and oppressed)? Men, women, and children, whose cry is: “Our Lord! rescue us from this town, whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from thee one who will protect; and raise for us from thee one who will help.QS. 4:75.
From 2 verses of Allah clearly states that Government have to protect the right individuals, or minorities. Minorities are the weak group, and Majority often oppress the right minority. The right of fredom of religion and expression, the right of speach and travel, the right of women and equality for all.

Extremist Muslim like; Saudi Arabia, Iran and communist countries are anti Human Right, anti Allah’ laws as above.
Saudi Arabia do not follow Allah laws completely ,but Saudi Arabia follow communist ideology.

Obama, President America from Democratic Party is a champion to protect the right minorities like the right all religious Party, non religious Party, and the right of Gay-Lesbian.

Obama really obey Allah’ s laws better than than King Abdullah, and other Muslim Leaders in the world.

May Allah guide all Muslim leaders of Malaysia, Pakistan, Indonesia, Bruney, Saudi Arabia etc.to obey God’s law above, or to protect the right of Muslim Ahmadiyah, Shia, and women.Ameen

    With all my love.
What ever we do, be done with love of God (Cor.16:13).
If we love each other, we can achieve a big works for mankind
but if we hate each other, will be destroyed completely, because hate stir up trouble and conflict.
So let we love each other, Allah will bless us all

No surprise Obama-US-bashers are present or past Phakiristanis.
If you are in US, Dollar-Lovers, go back to your Garbagistan.
Tell your country to refuse US khairat.

It is according to a Hadith that if you see evil, try to stop it peacefully by hand, or by some effort. If you cannot do that then at least use your tongue to stop it by your voice. If you cannot do that then say “it is bad” in your heart. And that last option indicates the weakness of faith.

At least, Obama sahib is speaking against evil and we should all give him good marks. After all, what are we doing to eliminate the evil! We should support him with good words.
